THE VISION
To have a Children's Service that will impact(Worship), Evangelize(Wisdom), and transform/edify(Word) the lives of young children through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We as leaders will lead children into a growing relationship with Christ by creating environments in which the children are encouraged to discover God's truth, the joy of knowing Him, to develop a passion for His Word as well as a lifelong dedication to growing their relationship with Him, and to Display His love throughout the church and their community.
THE STRATEGY
Worship: Colossians 3:16-Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
As Leaders, will impact our children with worship songs every time the children enter the Children's Service environment. To show children how to worship God, the importance of worship and how worship and having a relationship with Jesus Christ can impact your life at an early age.
The Word: Hebrews 4:12-For the Word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The Word will come alive in the Children's Service, to have the children love God and know His Word. We want the children to feel proud and happy they are Christian and what it means to be a Christian. We want them to have a continual relationship with God through the Worship, Word, Work and Witness
Our Strategy will also include clear objectives through our weekly lesson plans provided in our curriculum. The lesson plans will be in our Leaders' binder, that you are required to have with you every Sunday, on your designated Sunday. Each lesson plan will be presented with a key scripture in which each child will be equip to memorize the key scripture and taught how to use that key scripture for practical application.
Witness: Proverbs1:7-The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom and Instruction.
We want the children to have and understanding of God's significance, and to stand up for God in any environment. We will provide lesson plans that will empower the children to handle relationships outside of the Children's Service and beyond. Creating scenarios will prepare them to speak about their faith unashamedly.

Hi, hello! I am Ms. JoAnne I am creative and jovial. I believe that our children don’t have to wait for adulthood to do GREAT THINGS. Our children can be great right now. In my teaching, I include games, and activities to enhance the learning experience for our children. The age group I work with is 6-9yrs of age.
